We are retained as an expert witness by law firms to analyze negligence on the part of the property owner / manager, or contractor. We have worked for all sides involved. If one of your employees, or visitors has an accident how will you defend yourself ? Having all the proper collected data will greatly reduce some of your liability by being able to prove you acted responsibly. Nobody anymore just takes your word for it.
